Payment via Stripe, an invoice link will be sent by me. Turnaround time is usually 3–7 business days.

Nope — the design is uploaded to my TeePublic shop so you can order physical items. This keeps things simple and affordable.

I earn a small artist royalty from purchases on TeePublic (usually $1–$4 per item). That's all! The portrait price covers my time drawing your custom illustration, and the product purchases help support my work a bit.

Yes, correct. When you pay me, all you get is the link to your portrait in my Tee Public shop. After that, you can choose what kind of "print" you'd like to buy from there, such as an art print, pillow, sticker, or t-shirt — it's up to you!

• Why don't you just send me the file?
Because that would be a licensing deal, or a buyout of my copyright, which would be in a much higher price range. This type of deal is made with other businesses (like in the stationery, gift, or fabric categories). And yes, I do illustration and surface design for these industries too!

Yes! If you choose the $70 option with hand-lettered name, I’ll upload both versions — one with the name and one without — so you can choose how it appears on different products in the TeePublic shop.

• How long does it take?
Usually about 4–7 business days from the time I receive your photo and payment. If I’m taking pre-orders at an art fair or opening commissions in batches, I may schedule portraits in advance — in that case, I’ll let you know your estimated timeline before you pay. I’ll keep you posted!

Not right now — I’m keeping it simple with one pet per portrait.

No I don't, sorry, so please make sure you like my style of artwork before you decide to purchase.

• Do you use AI to make these?
Nope! I draw them by hand on my ipad in Procreate. Did you know Procreate is anti-AI? I do take things into Adobe at the end, and sometimes I will use a tool such as the generative recolor, but that's the extent of it.

Ok, so I have too many names and shops and things, I am an artist, what can I say? So Bloom Vibes is the name of my shop on Tee Public, Little Nose Studio is the name I chose for my pet portraits, and Annelie McKenzie is my real name. You'll see these things around.
