SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: March 4th, 2026
1. Order Processing and Production
Little Nose Studio sells both digital products and physical products.
Digital Portraits
Custom digital pet portraits are typically completed within 7–14 business days (about 2–3 weeks) after purchase and receipt of usable reference photos.
Physical Products
Physical products are made to order by third-party fulfillment partners. Typical production time is approximately 1–2 weeks after the portrait is approved or, for standalone items, after the order is placed.
2. Shipping Estimates
Typical shipping time for physical products is approximately 1–2 weeks for both U.S. and international orders.
All production and shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

customs processing

weather

holidays

other third-party issues outside our control
3. International Shipping
Digital portraits are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping charges, customs fees, or import taxes.
Add-On products featuring your portrait may be produced by a fulfillment partner in or near your country when available, which may reduce international shipping complications.
Original physical products may be subject to shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and delays based on destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other fees charged by the destination country.
4. Tracking
Tracking may be provided when available through the fulfillment partner or shipping carrier.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, you must contact the carrier and/or file a claim. We may provide shipment information to assist, but Little Nose Studio does not automatically replace or refund packages marked delivered.
7. Damaged Packages or Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email hello@LittleNoseStudio.com within 7 days of delivery with:

photos of the packaging
We may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another case-by-case solution.
8. Returned to Sender
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the package, no refund or replacement is required. A new order would need to be placed at the customer’s expense.
9. Split Shipments
Physical products often ship separately depending on the item type, product source, or third-party fulfillment partner.
