REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: March 4th, 2026

Little Nose Studio makes custom and made-to-order products. Because of the nature of these items, refund and return rules differ by product type.

1. Custom Digital Pet Portraits

Before Work Has Started

If you cancel your custom pet portrait order before work has started, you may receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

After Work Has Started

Once work has started on your portrait, no refunds are available.

After Final Delivery

Once the final JPG file has been delivered, the order is final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are available for custom digital artwork.

2. Physical Made-to-Order Products

Physical products, including portrait-based products and other made-to-order goods, are generally final sale.

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for:

  • change of mind

  • ordering the wrong product

  • incorrect shipping addresses

  • packages returned due to being unclaimed or refused

3. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Physical Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact hello@LittleNoseStudio.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • photos of the item

  • photos of the packaging

If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another case-by-case resolution.

4. Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, you must contact the carrier and/or file a claim. We may help by providing shipment information, but we do not automatically replace or refund delivered packages.

6. Non-Returnable Items

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the following are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • custom digital portraits

  • approved portrait-based physical products

  • personalized or custom items

  • gift cards

  • made-to-order physical products
